Return & Refund Policy

Counting Sheets accepts returns only for products that arrive defective, damaged, or materially different from what was ordered.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact Counting Sheets within 5 days of delivery.

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and, when reasonably possible, photographs showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item.

Do not return an item before receiving return instructions from Counting Sheets.

Approved Returns

If your return is approved because the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Counting Sheets will provide return instructions and cover the cost of return shipping.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund. You may choose whether to accept a replacement when one is offered.

Non-Defective Products

We do not accept returns for non-defective products, including returns due to change of mind, personal preference, ordering the wrong size or colour, or no longer wanting the product.

Please review product descriptions, measurements, sizes, colours, and other product information carefully before placing an order.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

We aim to process approved refunds within 5 business days after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear on your account.

Original shipping charges will be refunded when the return results from a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
